Things To Know
Care
Please wash with care. Use a mild liquid detergent in a cold machine or hand wash. Wash will similar colours. Soaking is not recommended. Line or flat dry in the shade. Tumble dry is not recommended. Press with a warm iron if needed. Please don’t bleach or dry clean.
Stains
Avoid harsh chemicals. Use mild soap and water on the stain, gently rubbing, before you wash.
Size
Because it is made of only natural fibres, please note you will receive oversized napkins (51cm x 51cm) and will shrink to around 50cm x50cm in first wash and press. If you like your things perfectly sized and squared - these natural napkins aren’t for you.
Over time
Your napkins will last for many dinner parties, but over time they will soften and lighten in colour, depending how you look after them.

Returns
Change of mind returns accepted unwashed, unused 45 days from purchase. Must be in the same condition it arrived in. Same packaging and ribbon please. The return shipping is at your cost. Please email me as soon as possible your receipt to return at byclaire.enquiries@gmail.com
Faulty
I check each napkin set before it goes out, but in the unlikely case it is faulty - pleas email me at byclaire.enquiries@gmail.com
If it is faulty, you may have a new set or a full refund.
Shipping
Domestic shipping and International is available. You will notified when the napkins have been dispatched and a tracking number will be emailed to you. All orders are dispatched from Sydney, Australia.
